What is useful to include
None of this is required — a sentence is a fine start. But if you already know the answers, they save a round trip:
- How speakers get chosen today. Whoever remembers, a spreadsheet, a committee, the same twelve people every year.
- How many events a year, and roughly how many people present across them.
- Whether you already collect session evaluations — in a conference app, in your association management system, on paper. If you do, that may be the start of a roster you already own.
- Who would actually use it. The people who plan programming, and whether they would rate speakers afterwards.
- Whether rating named individuals is acceptable at your organisation. This is the question most likely to decide the shape of the whole thing, and it is worth raising early rather than late.
What happens next
A reply from a person, usually within a working day. If it sounds like a fit, a call to walk through the working software — we can show you the real thing, which is more use than a demo built for showing.
